CARDI GALLERY LONDON: UNA PALAZZINA DEL '700 NEL CUORE DI LONDRA E' LA NUOVA SEDE DELLA GALLERIA CARDI APERTURA AL PUBBLICO DA LUNEDÌ 3 OTTOBRE 2016 Dopo due anni di ristrutturazione, la Galleria Cardi è lieta di annunciare l'apertura al pubblico da lunedì 3 ottobre della sua nuova sede londinese nel cuore di Mayfair, a 22 Grafton Street.  Lo sviluppo della galleria degli ultimi anni ha creato l'esigenza di essere stabilmente presenti in una città come Londra, che rappresenta una delle capitali globali del mondo dell'arte. Con circa 1000 mq di area espositiva disposti sui sei piani di una vecchia townhouse settecentesca, Cardi Gallery London si propone di promuovere l'Arte Povera, gli artisti del Minimalismo Americano e del Gruppo Zero tedesco. The development of the Cardi Gallery over the last several years has created the necessity to be permanently present in a city like London, which represents one of the major art capitals of the world. With roughly 1,000 square meters of exhibition space, comprising 6 floors of a Seventeenth Century townhouse, Cardi Gallery London will promote artists of the Arte Povera, American Minimalism, and German Zero Group, like its mother gallery in Milan. "We are very happy for this ambitious achievement, which bears the results of the great efforts by the the entire gallery staff," notes Director and Owner Nicolò Cardi. "Opening a venue in London with a severe and solid program is a necessity, and will be followed by other international endeavors. Being Italian, we are proud to represent, promote and protect the legacy of Italian art from the 60s and the 70s that has been, and still is, a great source of inspiration for young talents all over the world." Specializing in Modern and Contemporary Art, Cardi Gallery was founded by Renato Cardi in 1972 to pursue his passion for promoting and collecting contemporary Italian artists.
